Cookies
- Eggs6jumbo
- Vegetable Oil1/2cup
- Sugar1cup
- Anisette1tsp
- Vanilla Extract1tbsp
- Flour4cups
- Baking Powder2tbsp
- Salt1/2tsp
Frosting
- Confectioners Sugar1box
- Butter(melted)1tbsp
- Extract(Lemon, Orange, or Almond)1tsp
- Colored Sprinkles
- Milk(Add 1 tbsp at a time for consistency)

Classic Italian cookies with a simple glaze and sprinkles.
Instructions
Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix eggs, oil, vanilla extract and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add Anisette, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Form 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
Frosting
- Mix sugar, butter and choice of extract together in a bowl.
- Add milk 1 tbsp at time until desired consistency is met.
- If too watery, add more sugar.
- Dip the top of each cookie into the frosting mixture, and immediately cover with sprinkles.
- Let cookies fully dry before enjoying!
