- Breakfast Steak or Top Sirloin(thinly sliced)2lbs
- White Onion1large
- Lemons(juiced)2
- Soy Sauce1cup
- Vegetable Oil1/4cup
- Black Pepper(to taste)

Thinly pounded steak marinated in lemon and soy sauce, topped with onions.
Instructions
- With a mallet, pound each piece of meat until very thin.
- Marinade meat with lemon juice, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Thinly slice onion and add to marinade.
- Marinade at least 6 hours or more.
- In a skillet, heat oil and quickly fry meat one piece at a time, keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add onions and leftover marinade and cook until onions are cooked. Pour over cooked meat.
