- Tomato Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes(2 cans)16oz
- Italian Parsley(finely chopped)1cup
- Yellow Onion(chopped)1cup
- Vegetable Oil1/2tbsp
- Salt and Pepper(to taste)

Tender pork chops simmered in a tomato and parsley sauce.
Instructions
- Brown Pork Chops with oil in large skillet.
- Then add onion and parsley to skillet, cook until onions are translucent.
- Add tomato sauce/crushed tomatoes and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until pork chops are very tender.
- Recommended: Serve hot with white steamed rice, blanched green beans or stir fried zucchini sticks.
