- Frozen Corn(preferably white corn)4lbs
- Garlic6cloves
- Butter1/2lb
- Chicken Broth4cups
- Milk(as needed)1/2gallon
- Tomatoes(chopped fresh)3large
- Cilantro(just the leaves)1bunch
- Oregano, Salt and Pepper(to taste)

Creamy corn soup with garlic and cilantro.
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot, add garlic and cook for 5 minutes, add corn until golden.
- Add chicken broth and cook for another 5 minutes.
- With an electric hand blender – blend 1/2 of corn mixture until creamy.
- Add milk, salt, pepper, oregano and simmer until bubbly. Do not boil.
- Serve at once.
- In each bowl put some chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
- Pour soup over and enjoy!
