Cake
- Chopped Walnuts or Pecans1cup
- Yellow Cake Mix(18.25oz)1package
- Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix(3.4oz)1package
- Eggs4
- Water1/2cup
- Vegetable Oil1/2cup
- Dark Rum1/2cup
Glaze
- Butter1/2cup
- Water1/4cup
- White Sugar1cup
- Dark Rum1/2cup

A moist cake made with yellow cake mix, pudding, and a dark rum glaze.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.
- Mix in rest of the cake ingredients. Blend well.
- Pour batter over chopped nuts in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake sit for 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a serving platter.
- Glaze: In a saucepan, combine butter, water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rum.
- Pour half the glaze into the Bundt pan, reinsert cake, then pour the rest of glaze over the bottom of the cake.
- Let absorb well then invert back onto platter.
