- Sugar1/4cup
- Butter1/2lb
- Vanilla Extract2tsp
- Pecans(finely chopped)2cups
- Powdered Sugar(for coating)

Buttery pecan cookies rolled in powdered sugar.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Sift together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Mix butter into the dry ingredients in a large bowl, by hand is best.
- Add the vanilla and nuts and mix well.
- Shape dough into 1/2 inch balls.
- Place 1 inch apart on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
- While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
