Light, hollow rolls made from an egg batter.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Beat eggs, slightly in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Beat milk, flour, and salt until mixture is smooth, stir in butter.
- Pour into 4 well greased custard cups, filling each half full.
- Place them in a large shallow baking pan.
- Bake 50 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Serve hot.
