- Lean Ground Beef1lb
- Red Kidney Beans3cans
- Onion1medium
- Whole Peeled Tomatoes1can
- Chili Powder2tbsp
- Red Pepper Flakes1tbsp
- Vegetable Oil1/4cup
- Water1cup
- Salt & Pepper(to taste)

A classic chili using both whole and processed kidney beans for texture.
Instructions
- Chop up onion.
- Saute in oil in a deep pot for about 2 minutes.
- Add meat and brown until no longer pink.
- Add salt, pepper, red pepper and chili powder.
- Rinse 2 cans of beans and add to pot.
- Rinse 3rd can and put through a food processor and add to pot.
- Add tomatoes with juice.
- Add water.
- Bring to a boil, stirring often, and boil until it becomes thick.
