Ingredients
Dough
- Flour3cups
- Baking Powder3tsp
- Salt1tsp
- Eggs4
- Oil1/2cup
- Sugar1/2cup
- Vanilla1tsp
Filling
- Strawberry Preserves(Enough for a thin layer)1jar
- Walnuts(Crushed)1/2cup
- Raisins(Chopped)1/2cup

A rolled dough cookie filled with strawberry preserves, walnuts, and raisins.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
- Sift dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
- Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture.
- Work mixture into a dough.
- Split dough in half.
- Roll each piece into a very thin layer, about as thick as a pie crust.
- Spread a very thin layer of strawberry preserves on the dough.
- Sprinkle raisins and walnuts on dough.
- Roll up dough like a log.
- Place log on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until light brown.
- Once cooled, cut into 1/2 inches pieces and enjoy!
