Main
- Extra Long Grain Rice(can use up to 2 cups)1 1/2cups
- Diced Tomatoes(15 oz)1can
- Lipton Noodle Soup2packages
- Water(Lots of water)
Kitchen Helpers
A quick soup using Lipton mix and diced tomatoes.
Instructions
- In a 6 quart pot put rice and fill about 3/4 way up with water.
- Bring to a boil and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Dump out water and refill with fresh water this time 1/2 way up pot.
- Bring to a second boil.
- Add tomatoes and boil.
- Add Lipton soup.
- Boil 5 more minutes.
- Optionally serve with oyster crackers and grated cheese.
