- Water1/2cup
- Ketchup1/4cup
- Salt(to taste)
- Pepper(to taste)
- Oil(for sauteing)

Sweet red peppers stuffed with a savory ground beef and onion mixture.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash pepper and cut out stems.
- Cut off top 1/2 inch of the pepper and set aside.
- Clean out seeds.
- Saute onions in a large skillet for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook thoroughly.
- Add the flour and half of water to thicken the meat.
- Fill each pepper with the meat until full to the top.
- Cover with pepper tops.
- Place in deep baking dish.
- Combine remaining water and ketchup.
- Pour mixture on top of each of the peppers.
- Cover lightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Let cool before enjoying!
