- Yellow Onions(thinly sliced into strips)2whole
- Green Bell Peppers(thinly sliced into strips)2
- Red Bell Peppers(thinly sliced into strips)2
- Mushrooms(sliced)1/2lb
- Flour Tortillas(8-inch)6
- Vegetable Oil
- Granulated Garlic(to taste)
- Salt(to taste)
- Pepper(to taste)
- Toppings(Salsa, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Sour Cream)

Sizzling flank steak fajitas with peppers and onions. Best cooked in a cast iron skillet.
Instructions
- Ideally this recipe tastes better if you use a cast iron skillet.
- In the skillet cook the vegetable in oil.
- Season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
- When almost done, push the vegetables to one side.
- Cook the meat in the same skillet.
- When finished cooking, mix the veggies and meat together.
- Use a slotted spoon, place the mixture into a warm tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream.
