  • Beef Flank Steak(cut into strips)
    1 1/2lbs
  • Yellow Onions(thinly sliced into strips)
    2whole
  • Green Bell Peppers(thinly sliced into strips)

  • Red Bell Peppers(thinly sliced into strips)

  • Mushrooms(sliced)
    1/2lb
  • Flour Tortillas(8-inch)

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Granulated Garlic(to taste)
  • Salt(to taste)
  • Pepper(to taste)
  • Toppings(Salsa, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Sour Cream)

Sizzling flank steak fajitas with peppers and onions. Best cooked in a cast iron skillet.

Instructions

  1. Ideally this recipe tastes better if you use a cast iron skillet.
  2. In the skillet cook the vegetable in oil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
  4. When almost done, push the vegetables to one side.
  5. Cook the meat in the same skillet.
  6. When finished cooking, mix the veggies and meat together.
  7. Use a slotted spoon, place the mixture into a warm tortilla.
  8. Top with lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream.
