Ingredients
Sauce & Meat
- Crushed Tomatoes(Contadina or Progresso)28oz
- Tomato Paste6oz
- Super Lean Ground Beef1 1/2lbs
Filling & Noodles
- Lasagna Noodles1/2box
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1lb
- Ricotta Cheese16oz
- Eggs2large
- Parmesan Cheese
- Dried Parsley

Classic meat lasagna with a rich ricotta and mozzarella filling.
Instructions
- Simmer the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste for about 1 1/2 hours. Season as you like.
- Cook noodles according to the package.
- Cook the ground beef and drain.
- Put the ricotta cheese into a bowl.
- Mix in the 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Use a 13 X 9 baking pan. Spray with cooking spray.
- Spread sauce on the bottom of the pan.
- Add one layer of noodles and one layer of ground beef.
- Layer one half of the ricotta cheese.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese.
- Layer with some more sauce.
- Repeat the layering process one more time.
- Cover the last layer with some more noodles and them more sauce.
- Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
- Remove the cover and bake another 5 minutes until brown.
