Chile Rellenos Casserole

Ingredients
Batter
- Milk1 1/2cups
- Eggs4large
- Buttermilk Baking Mix1 1/2cups
Filling
- Diced Green Chilies(4oz cans, drained)2cans
- Grated Mild Cheddar Cheese(8 oz)1package
- Grated Pepper Jack Cheese(8 oz)1package
- Tomato Sauce(8 oz)1can
- Green Onions(chopped)1/3bunch

Layers of green chilies, cheese, and fluffy batter baked until golden.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl combine milk, eggs and baking mix.
- Blend until smooth.
- In a greased 9x13 pan alternate layers of batter, chilies and cheese.
- Ending with batter.
- Gently pour tomato sauce evenly over all.
- Bake for about one hour or until lightly brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with green onions.
- Return to oven.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
