Instructions
- Cut each egg in half.
- Scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mix yolks, mayo, vinegar, mustard and pepper until smooth. Use a hand mixer.
- Refill each half of egg with mixture.
- Chill until ready to serve.
