Ingredients
Dough
- Butter1stick
- Cream Cheese8oz
- Flour2cups
Filling
- Chopped Pecan2cups
- Eggs2
- Vanilla1tsp
- Dark Brown Sugar1 1/2cup

Miniature pecan pies in cream cheese pastry cups.
Instructions
- Dough: Mix ingredients together with hands to make a ball.
- Then make 48 mini balls and refrigerate until hard.
- Filling: Mix all ingredients together until blended.
- Use a pan to make mini muffins.
- Take small ball of dough and press into each mini hole using your thumb.
- Add a tsp of filling to each mold.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
