Pecan Tarts

Ingredients

Dough

  • Butter
    1stick
  • Cream Cheese
    8oz
  • Flour
    2cups

Filling

  • Chopped Pecan
    2cups
  • Eggs
    2
  • Vanilla
    1tsp
  • Dark Brown Sugar
    1 1/2cup

Miniature pecan pies in cream cheese pastry cups.

Instructions

  1. Dough: Mix ingredients together with hands to make a ball.
  2. Then make 48 mini balls and refrigerate until hard.
  3. Filling: Mix all ingredients together until blended.
  4. Use a pan to make mini muffins.
  5. Take small ball of dough and press into each mini hole using your thumb.
  6. Add a tsp of filling to each mold.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
