Turkey Stuffing

Main

  • White Mushrooms(chopped)
    20oz
  • Onion(chopped)
    1medium
  • Eggs
    10
  • Italian Bread
    1loaf
  • Margarine
    1 1/2cup
  • Olive Oil
    1/4cup
  • Salt
    1/2tsp

Mushroom and onion stuffing made with Italian bread.

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in margarine and oil.
  2. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute for about 10 minutes. Cool.
  4. Remove crust from bread.
  5. Tear white part of bread into small pieces.
  6. Add this to mushrooms and moisten with eggs.
  7. Stir together with a fork, breaking the bread as you go.
  8. Add salt to taste.
  9. Stuff turkey.
