- White Mushrooms(chopped)20oz
- Onion(chopped)1medium
- Eggs10
- Italian Bread1loaf
- Margarine1 1/2cup
- Olive Oil1/4cup
- Salt1/2tsp

Mushroom and onion stuffing made with Italian bread.
Instructions
- Saute onion in margarine and oil.
- Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and saute for about 10 minutes. Cool.
- Remove crust from bread.
- Tear white part of bread into small pieces.
- Add this to mushrooms and moisten with eggs.
- Stir together with a fork, breaking the bread as you go.
- Add salt to taste.
- Stuff turkey.
