A sweet quick bread loaded with zucchini, walnuts, and raisins.
Instructions
- Mix and beat the following together: eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add to dry to wet.
- Add zucchini, nuts and raisins.
- Put into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
